This page is a design preview, written in plain language rather than as a binding legal document. It describes the terms Driftboard is meant to operate under.
Using Driftboard
Driftboard is provided free while in beta. Features, limits and pricing may change as we move toward a stable release, and we'll give notice before anything that affects your existing canvases.
Your content
You own what you and your agents create on your canvases. By using Driftboard you grant us only the license needed to store, render and sync that content back to you and the collaborators you invite.
Agent access
Connecting an agent over MCP authorizes it to act on the canvas as you. You're responsible for the agents you connect and the changes they make — review what an agent does the same way you would a teammate's.
Acceptable use
Don't use Driftboard to design or host content that's illegal, infringing, or intended to impersonate a real person or organization without their consent.
Beta software
Beta features may change or be removed. We aim for reliability, but during beta we can't guarantee against downtime or data loss — export anything you can't afford to lose.
